The work seems fine but it took 1 hour and 45 minutes for an oil change! I made an appointment to make sure they had time available and selected ahead of time that I would sit and wait. The person at the desk told me it would be "about an hour." I was there 10-11:45 before I said I had to leave to pick up children at camp.

Horrible experience, left my truck two times and no results, and they charge money for that It was easy job, as I thought: replace 4 tires, add TPMS, balance and alignment Car was scheduled for 10 am, I got it back 6 pm Balance was great before they worked on it, as soon as I got to a highway the truck was not safe to drive, all car was shaking Plus two sensors were leaking air… I returned truck next day, they promised to fix… after holding car for 3 days I got it back and sensors were not leaking but not working because their tool is not working, plus alignment is not done because the person who is working on alignment machine is not showing up and balance was still not done… and they charged money for balance and alignment Will never go to any Monro

So out of desperation, I went to the shop because I had a leak on my flex pipe on my vehicle and The guy told me that they were gonna remove the flex pipe and just install a metal pipe. It did eliminate the problem but the issue is what a horrible welding job they have done here. I don’t know if the guy just started welding that day or what but what a horrendous job I was told by my other mechanic I will never be coming here to do business again it was around $260+ for this work and Whoever did the job left a loose pipe inside, so it’s rattling now it hasn’t even been a year. I would avoid this place at all cost. I do not recommend this business here As you can see in the picture, you can tell the difference between what’s the “New” pipe and The horrible job of welding they did if you can even if you can call it that and the other thing is as well is that there was an old lady in front of me of course I don’t expect her to know much about vehicles, but she said that and I quote “ you guys are giving me the runaround” “And are trying to pull a quick one on me” as I know that Elderly, especially women don’t have some knowledge on Vehicles, but she felt something wrong. Late on a Sunday afternoon, I hit a rock in the road and suffered a blowout. 2 local tire service centers were closed, but you were open. After placing the spare on the car, I limped the car to your facility. I was cared for immediately, explained the damage as the evaluation proceeded, and had an excellent result at the end of the process, which continued after closing hours. The cost issues were very transparent, and very fair. The service was excellent, and I could not be more pleased with the experience.

Frankie was great and he didn't feel overwhelmed on doing an easy transfer case fluid exchange on a Porsche... Most places run away from servicing luxury brands, these guys are honest mechanics and help if they can and qualified. If they don't feel confident or comfortable with the repairs, they tell you. Dealership wanted $350-600 for a flush / clean. After purchasing my own fluids from the dealership, these guys did the job great and saved me hundreds of dollars. Keep up the good work and love that are still places that don't look to rob you blind. I have been a retuning customer for this location in Ashland for over 10 years. Will definitely go back!
